Our free plan is subject to verification, and not all requests may qualify for opening a paying account. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for the free plan at our discretion.
We offer various payment methods, and clients can easily change and set up payment dates. We use Stripe as our payment gateway. Prices for our services, including hosting, may vary, and clients will be notified of any changes via email or shown in the invoice.
Our web shops are integrated with third-party analytics and coding tools. Any price changes from these third parties may result in an increase in your monthly charges. We will communicate such changes prior to implementation.
We work with hosting partners such as Hostinger and Google. Hosting prices may vary from year to year. Clients are responsible for any changes in hosting fees.
For clients based outside the United Kingdom, additional charges may apply depending on the services needed or third parties used.
Clients have full control over their monthly advertising budget. To make changes, clients must communicate with us through email or phone, allowing sufficient time for third-party adjustments. Surcharges may occur during this period, and Turn Up Marketing Agency cannot be held responsible.
Clients are responsible for providing the necessary documents to prove eligibility and credit. Turn Up Marketing Agency will not be held responsible if clients lack the required documentation.
We do not register for payment apps. Bank accounts and bank transfers are the accepted payment methods unless pre-authorized by an account manager at Turn Up Marketing Agency.
We have an ongoing contract with agreed-upon terms. Charges will proceed unless clients notify us in advance to freeze or stop any add-ons. Additional terms and agreements will be attached to this policy.
Clients are encouraged to communicate with their account manager promptly for any issues or changes. Turn Up Marketing Agency will not be held responsible for issues arising from a lack of timely communication.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
